Using the Array Referral Portal allows for a fast, efficient way to submit encounter requests to Array! It is an Epic-hosted, browser-based portal that enables your team to submit encounter requests to Array with all the information needed. Other benefits include:
- The ability to see the status of all encounter requests submitted to Array.
- The ability to securely download clinician notes if needed (clinicians will still be inputting these directly in your EMR as well).
- Configuration of individual user access to any departments/sites that the specific user needs to submit and monitor encounters for.
