About

Dana Meadows, LCSW

Dana Meadows, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adolescents and adults. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are anxiety disorders, stress management, mood disorders, dialectical behavioral therapy and life transitions. In her practice, Dana's philosophy of care is to find the right treatment modality for each patient in order to provide the best care possible. She utilizes a strength-based approach in order to foster feelings of self-worth and confidence to be motivated for change. She believes it is important to collaborate and work as a team with her patients to help them meet their goals and find peace within themselves even when their life seems unstable or out of control.

Dana's interest in mental health care comes from her innate desire to help others and to listen to their life stories. It's been a drive and a mission in her life to be able to provide as much support to others and help them achieve emotional stability.

Dana is an avid music listener and loves karaoke. She loves collecting t-shirts and refuses to throw any of them away-especially concert tees. Her favorite show is The Office and has watched the series at least 20 times.

"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
