Eufemio received his Master of Social Work in 2015 from University of Phoenix, San Diego.

Eufemio's philosophy of care begins with the premise of building a strong therapeutic alliance or relationship where trust and a non-judgmental approach stand out. Psychoeducation is an important component of his approach; however, upon learning new tools and strategies, it is crucial to remain curious through reflection to uncover new insights with the potential to bring the desired changes in life.
