Gianna Vaccarino is a licensed mental health counselor offering services to children, adolescents and adults. She has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, self-esteem and trauma. She also enjoys working with teens and young adults who may be going through challenging life changes.
Gianna found a lot of personal relief in therapy throughout different stages of her life. It is because of this experience that she chose to pursue a career that could do the same for others.
Gianna takes a very human-to-human approach with her clients. She wants them to feel comfortable and to build a trusting and secure therapeutic relationship. She tries her best to combine empathy and therapeutic skills as an integrative part in overcoming whatever obstacles her clients bring to therapy. Gianna helps her clients meet their goals through the use of evidence-based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is also trained in EMDR therapy for trauma.
Gianna has a fur-baby named Theo and is currently learning to speak Italian. Her favorite thing to do is to read a new book at the beach.

Your insurance benefits may vary based on health plan or employer. While we will make every effort to check eligibility and coverage, we also recommend that you speak with your health plan or benefits manager directly to see which services are available to you and if you may be responsible for any co-payments or deductibles. Any claims/sessions denied by your health plan or employer may result in a bill that you will be responsible for. We also offer the ability for you to pay out of pocket if you wish to not use your insurance.
