About

Glen Davis, MD

Dr. Glen Davis is a psychiatrist providing services to adults. He has a variety of clinical interests, specializing in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and LGBT issues. As an undergraduate, Dr. Davis studied literature because he was interested in character development and loved learning about people’s stories. After medical school he decided to pursue psychiatry because of his interest in the social and psychological determinants of health.

Dr. Davis’ approach to care is person-centered and collaborative. He draws from diverse professional experience working in a spectrum of community-based settings. His approach is holistic, helping people maximize their potential in life through health and wellness.

Fun fact: Prior to medical school, Dr. Davis served for three years as a community health education volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Burkina Faso (West Africa).

When not providing care to AtHome patients, Dr. Davis serves as a medical director for a social services agency that provides psychiatric and medical care to homeless individuals in New York City. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for a non-governmental organization that funds health, education and entrepreneurial projects in the developing world.
