About
Kat Byrd is a licensed clinical social worker offering behavioral health services to children and adults. She treats a full list of issues; however, her specialties include grief counseling, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and anger management.

Kat received her Master of Social Work in 2016 from the University of West Florida.

Kat strives to foster an environment of compassion and support, while also providing a private and confidential space. Mental health is not "cookie-cutter", so every client deserves an individual approach to their very unique needs. Kat will help guide and assist you in this personal journey of healing and change, in hopes of achieving a much-improved quality of life.

Kat is Polish and speaks it fluently. Her and her family immigrated to the United States when she was 3 years old. She also has a certified emotional support Doberman Pinscher named "Azor".
