About

Shilpa Jaggi is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adult residents in New Jersey and Virginia. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, she specializes in life transitions, career guidance, and generational and cultural issues. Shilpa’s approach to care is to partner with patients to facilitate change empowering them to gain insight into their strengths and abilities.

Shilpa is passionate about giving back to her community and sees her role in mental and behavioral health care as a way to contribute and help others recognize their capabilities.  She became interested in the field when she noticed deficits in the health care system and the lack of providers.

Shilpa loves college basketball and awards season, especially March Madness and the Oscars. One of her lifetime goals is to watch all four tennis Grand Slams, live.

“It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.” – Roy T. Bennett
