Taslim Zaman, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist offering services to adults in California, New Jersey and PennsylvaniaHe has a variety of clinical interests; however, he specializes in adult psychiatry, addiction and wellness and health promotion. In his practice, Taslim believes the mind, body and soul are intricately connected, and one must take care of all three to produce the best results.

Taslim’s interest in mental and behavioral health care developed at an early age. He comes from a family of psychiatrists and has always been surrounded by the culture of psychiatry. And because of his belief in the therapeutic benefits of psychotropics, he wanted to become a psychiatrist so he could use those tools to hopefully improve his patients’ lives.

Taslim loves the massive culture of cars. He enjoys spending hours researching, painting, or just talking to other automotive gearheads like himself. You can always find Taslim jamming to electronic music, because in his youth he always wanted to become a DJAt his most in shape, he would go to the gym on a daily basis. He is a true believer in the concept of mind, body and soul.

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”  Bruce Lee
