Yes! Each location and/or department will have 1-2 local administrators who will have access to set up and manage user accounts, including password resets. Array will provide training for these local administrators prior to the migration.
Yes, you should ensure your local IT and/or Security teams are made aware of this migration. Please work with your Array Account Manager on any specific needs or questions your IT and/or Security teams may have.
Direct integration between Array’s instance of Epic and your instance of Epic is not included in this current migration, but it is on Array’s roadmap for 2026! Please notify your Array Account Manager if this would be of interest in the future.
