Greatness Starts From Within: Announcing Our Pro Football Hall of Fame Partnership

A message from our CEO

Today, I’m proud to share some exciting news for Array: we’ve been named a Center of Excellence and the exclusive national telebehavioral health partner of Hall of Fame Behavioral Health, an affiliate of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Together, our teams will help athletes and their families struggling with their mental health to channel the athletic spirit to overcome obstacles, take the first step, dive deep, and find strength — in their sport, personal life and far beyond.

Elite athletes are known for their greatness. At Array, we know that greatness starts from within. A healthy mind is undeniably connected to a healthy body and a fulfilling life on and off the field. The 2020-2021 Olympic games showed us just how intertwined mental and physical strength truly are. Athletes from Naomi Osaka to Simon Biles to Noah Lyles bravely spoke up about their battles with mental health while being on the world stage. We’re honored to team up with Hall of Fame Behavioral Health to empower athletes across the nation follow suit in championing and caring for their own mental health.

For Array, this partnership builds on our vision to make behavioral health treatment accessible for all. Through the partnership, our Array clinicians, who are at the core of everything we do, will provide online psychiatric evaluations, counseling, therapy, and medication management to players through the National Football League and its affiliated partners. Additionally, Array’s clinicians will serve as subject matter experts to further the destigmatization of mental health treatment in the sports world.

Our efforts with Hall of Fame Behavioral Health are changing the narrative around mental health and wellness. I’m thankful to work with a team that improves the lives of individuals in need. This partnership is just one example of our ever-growing impact, and I look to the future with great confidence that we will accomplish much more together.
