Dr.¬†Mishra (she/her/hers) completed the Junior Honors Medical Program at University of Florida and has a background in biomedical engineering research as well as clinical research during her time there. She subsequently completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. During this time, Dr. Mishra served in her program’s recruitment committee, as well as served in the Resiliency Task Force committee as a representative member of the GME Patient Safety and Quality council. Toward the end of her training, she lived in New Zealand for six months joining the consult-liaison team in Auckland City Hospital as well as working in an outpatient clinic serving the Maori tribal population with a cultural support model.¬†
