Scott Baker is the Vice President of Growth at Array Behavioral Care, where he leads the sales and account management teams. His role involves driving new business initiatives and strengthening existing partner relationships to ensure sustained growth for the organization. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and sales, Scott is instrumental in expanding Array’s reach and enhancing access to quality behavioral health care services.
Scott directs a team of sales executives dedicated to building relationships across the continuum of care. He collaborates with health systems, hospitals, clinics, CINs, payers, employers, EAPs, and other organizations to develop successful telebehavioral health programs and partnerships. Scott has been working in the telebehavioral health space since 2012, focusing on identifying and innovating the latest opportunities for improving care via telehealth.
Before joining Array, Scott worked at a major pharmaceutical company supporting clinic and institutional behavioral health organizations through direct sales and was involved in area training, where he gained valuable insights and experience that he now applies to his current role. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and Biology from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Scott’s extensive background and expertise in healthcare make him a key player in advancing Array’s mission to provide accessible and effective behavioral health care through telehealth solutions.
