Shawn Ball (he/him/his) oversees Array’s external operations, internal operations, human resources and talent teams. He has extensive experience in the telepsychiatry industry, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, change management and account management. He has a strong ability to lead strategic business development initiatives from conception to implementation and understands the technical aspect of business to drive key performance metrics. Shawn is passionate about people and is on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), an organization that supports and promotes court appointed advocates for abused and neglected children, and actively participates in other community organizations. Ball has held leadership positions with organizations such as Dell, Motorola and JSA Telepsychiatry. He holds an MBA from Baylor University and a BBA from Texas A&M University.
