Array Behavioral Care Leaders Named ‘Top Women in Wellness and HR’

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – Dec. 20, 2022 — Array Behavioral Care, the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, announced that two of its leaders have been named members of the ‘Top Women in Wellness and HR’ Class of 2022, hosted by Ragan’s Wellness.

Array’s Medical Director of Engagement, Dr. Jamie Evans, oversees psychiatric care for underserved individuals in crisis. Internally, she supports the wellness of Array clinicians and employees by creating an environment where they can achieve work/life balance and thrive.

Evans helped to create a dedicated “Clinician Wellness” resource page to support her peers, a response to the increased demand on clinicians’ personal mental health and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. She built training around recognizing burnout and implemented a scale that helps track individual and overall scores.

In addition, Evans is a pillar of Array’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, helping to establish a well-appointed DEI Committee committed to a nondiscriminatory workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. She also helped to build a clinician peer-to-peer program and rolled out employee resource groups, both of which help build connections between team members and let people feel seen even in a remote environment.

Chief People Officer, Kelly Lewis, leads the human resources division of the national practice, which includes providers licensed in all 50 states.

During her time at Array, Lewis focused on the organization’s core of creating an inclusive culture and an environment of passionate employees who can bring their true, unique selves to work every day.

She established a comprehensive People Services division, creating a multi-faceted engagement program that led to a 33 percent improvement in employees feeling that Array provided adequate stress and burnout support and a 46 percent improvement in Array’s Clinician Net Promoter Score.

Under Lewis’s leadership, Array received a Great Place to Work certification and continues to build and maintain Array’s reputation as the employee of choice for behavioral health clinicians. Kelly is honored to represent this achievement on behalf of so many talented and passionate cultural ambassadors that enable people to bring their best selves to work.

Geoffrey Boyce, CEO of Array Behavioral Care, extended his congratulations and applauded both honorees saying, “Both Kelly and Dr. Evans serve as pillars of exceptional leadership not only at Array but within their respective industries. Thank you to Ragan’s for recognizing the contributions and achievements of the entire cohort.” To learn more about Array Behavioral Care, please visit www.arraybc.com.
