MOUNT LAUREL, NJ – Array Behavioral Care welcomes Charles Colligan to their executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Colligan has considerable expertise in financial modeling and managing processes, systems, capital and people to drive sustained growth. He brings a wealth of experience in various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and finance.
A graduate of Harvard, Colligan began his career with Merrill Lynch on Wall Street. Early in his career, he served as a Senior VP of Finance at Sallie Mae and later, as Treasurer with the CoStar Group. He has served as CFO for two different healthcare companies, including Aledade and Coronis Health, where he gained expertise in value-based care and revenue cycle management. In a previous role, he was a finalist for CFO of the Year in the greater Washington area.
As CFO, Colligan oversees the accounting, finance, revenue cycle, and compliance teams at Array and is responsible for the organization’s fiscal integrity and accountability as well as its growth and profitability.
