In-Network Insurance

Array AtHome is in-network with several insurance plans, but your coverage is dependent on where you live and if your health insurance provides a mental health benefit and allows for telehealth. Before you begin receiving behavioral health care with Array, please contact your health insurance carrier to confirm coverage, benefit and co-pay or co-insurance responsibility.

Self-Pay Fees

If Array has clinicians available where you live but is NOT in-network with your insurance, you may choose the “Self-Pay” option. Array's Self-Pay fees are outlined in the table below:

Missed Appointments & Charges

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your clinician through our patient portal or contact our Care Navigation team via chat on arraybc.com/patients or call toll-free at 800.442.8938 at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Notifications with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered “Late Cancellations” and missed appointments without prior notification are considered “No Shows.” A fee up to $100 may be charged for No Shows or Late Cancellations without the required notice. (Note, these fees do not apply to Medicaid and select insurance plans)

Credit Card Required On File

Because Array is a completely virtual behavioral health group practice, all patients covered by commercial insurance plans are required to provide a valid credit card upon registering to receive services. Having health insurance is not a guarantee of payment or coverage for services. As a result, your supplied credit card will be charged ONLY under the circumstances described below.

Array AtHome reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for all current patient balances, including:

  • non-covered services
  • non-par providers
  • co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles (following insurance payments)
  • any outstanding balances as a result of loss or changes in benefits

A receipt will be kept under payment history under session payment in your Array AtHome profile. If allowed by your insurance carrier, this notice serves as your consent to being charged for all current patient balances on your account.

If you, as the patient, miss a scheduled appointment ("No-Show") without notifying us at least one day in advance to cancel or reschedule, Array AtHome reserves the right to charge the credit card listed a no-show fee up to $100. A receipt will be kept in your payment history under session payment in your Array AtHome profile. This notice serves as your consent to being charged for any and all "Late Cancellations” or “No Shows.”

Additionally, as it relates to federal/state issued health plans (e.g. Medicare and/or Medicaid), if it is determined that Array is not in-network with that health plan and therefore cannot bill Medicaid or Medicare for those services, the patient will be billed as a self-pay (out of pocket) patient in accordance to Array’s Self-Pay Rates and payment terms.

Billing Questions

Array contracts with an outside vendor to manage its billing and insurance claim processing; however, we are here to respond to any billing-related questions you may have. Should you have questions regarding a bill you have received, the amount you are responsible for covering, charges to your credit card, or any other billing issue, please contact our Billing Department at 856.282.2547 or athomebilling@arraybc.com.

If you are in crisis, call 988 to talk with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, text HOME to 741741 to connect to a free crisis counselor, or go to your nearest emergency room.
