Clinician Recruiter

Position Overview

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a clinician recruiter to work with the People Services team to regularly collaborate with a national team of colleagues. The recruiter will source for both active and passive candidates for current and future telepsychiatry opportunities throughout the United States. The recruiter will use a variety of resources to find psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and other licensed behavioral healthcare professionals. The recruiter will also educate candidates about the benefits of practicing telepsychiatry while moving them through a structured recruitment and vetting process. This role will work closely with a Manager of Clinician Recruitment and other recruitment team members. The role will also collaborate closely with Array’s operations and sales team to understand the unique needs of our partners and identify the best candidates for each program. A successful candidate will be looking to grow professionally and maintain a long-term relationship with increased responsibility and development within the company. This fast-paced position is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded individual who has interests in telemedicine, behavioral health, or high-level recruitment.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations to execute Array’s targeted sourcing and hiring plan
• Act as the “face of Array” to candidates, ensuring Array is represented positively and professionally in every communication
• Proactively identify, network and contact active and passive job seekers.
• Attend national conferences or recruiting events
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including explaining the position(s) and soliciting interest, conducting interviews, schedule and track administrative and clinical interviews with leadership, negotiating salary and benefits, extending offers and communicating turndowns, and guiding candidates through the contracting process
• Record all provider-related information into applicant tracking system (CATS).
• Coordinate with other Array staff to understand and track recruiting needs on a continuous basis
• Meet regularly with recruitment team and organization leaders to understand current priorities, regularly adjust priorities for recruitment and develop creative recruiting campaigns, examine and make decisions about current candidate pipeline, and plan for upcoming growth
• Present analysis of Recruiting activities to assess what’s working and what’s not; suggest new approaches, systems, resources, and documents to improve Recruiting performance over time
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting outreach campaigns for open positions using job posting sites, LinkedIn/web searches, candidate lists, networking and other means

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
  • In business administration, human resources, or a recruiting-related field preferred
• Minimum one year of sourcing or recruitment experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to always maintain professionalism with candidates and colleagues
• Proactive, independent worker, requiring minimal supervision
• Organization and time management skills
• Comfort working with a remote team
• A friendly, personable, and professional demeanor
• Moderate to high technical acumen
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient use of applicant tracking system(s) and other databases
