Enrollment Manager

Position Overview

The Enrollment Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day payer enrollment activities including leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the enrollment process. Primary responsibilities include training the enrollment coordinators, developing policies and procedures, finalizing enrollment applications, and ensuring enrollment activities are cost-effective and high-quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day payer enrollment activities including leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the enrollment process.
• Manage the onboarding for our OnDemand, Scheduled Care, and AtHome services lines for enrollment.
• Develop policies and procedures associated with membership enrollment billing, ensuring enrollment activities are cost-effective and high-quality.
• Train/coach the enrollment coordinators and specialists to improve professional knowledge and skills, using current technologies and streamlined processes.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and output.
• Manage and monitor team member activity in support of the goals of the department including workflows, escalations, and communication protocols.
• Report, review and communicate performance data including activity reports, spreadsheets, and project management tools to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement and overall effectiveness.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
• Prepares periodic reports (KPI’s) for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
• Participate and communicate with vendor projects and meetings to optimize use and cultivate those relationships.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the specific department including a minimum of 4 years of experience with provider licensure, credentialing and accreditation standards is a must.
• Knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, business, supervision, and management.
• Strong knowledge base of NCQA and HIPAA standards for credentialing clinicians.
• Self-starter and solutions orientation. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines with accuracy and excellence.
• Comfortable working with a remote team.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills.
