Marketing Manager – Hospitals and Health Systems

Position Overview

Array Behavioral Care is seeking an experienced marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care services industry. The Marketing Manager for OnDemand Care is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate leads and contribute to pipeline growth.  The Ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning and executing campaigns and analyzing results.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive awareness by creating messaging that targets buyer personas and communicates Array’s value proposition
• Create and execute campaigns that maximize lead generation across all channels to strengthen the sales pipeline
• Leverage SMEs within our organization to produce and deliver thought leadership across paid, earned, and owned channels
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to create compelling sales collateral and support major industry sales pursuits
• Utilize analytics best practices and KPIs to measure and report success
• Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with Sales Team members in each territory to define and execute on B2B demand generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives
• Partner with sales, marketing, and business unit leaders to determine the best model for implementing additional account-based marketing, retention marketing and referral programs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English; MBA/MS preferred
• 3-5 years of experience executing marketing programs in the healthcare technology or services space
• Demonstrable experience in marketing campaign design and execution including messaging and positioning, thought leadership, content development, collateral, infographics, lead generation, press releases and sales tools development
• Knowledge of analytics, advertising, and engagement platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, etc. preferred; you will be expected to be “hands on” within these platforms
• Understanding of the healthcare services industry, with proven ability to utilize that insight to create marketing programs that influence growth; hospital/health system marketing experience preferred
• Solid marketing and campaign planning skills, supported by proven success in working with content, event, marketing automation, web, and social marketers to deliver campaign ROI
• Extremely strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
