Payor Solutions Division Leader

Position Overview

The Payor Solutions Division Leader is Array’s lead on managing and growing our relationship, revenue, and strategic positioning with Array’s existing and new payor relationships. Primary responsibilities include achieving revenue and session activation targets and overall relationship performance metrics through direct account management responsibilities as well as through a team of direct reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Growing revenue: Drive revenue growth through increased sessions and new product sales within existing and new book of business through upsells, population expansions, and increases in utilization
• Defending revenue: Renewing/retaining 100% of high-value, strategic payors to ensure we build from a strong base
• Team building and management: Building and managing a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant growth opportunities for high performers. Establish a data-driven system to help support performance management
• Build processes and systems: Establish systems and processes that are a key part of the role to ensure we effectively train and onboard our people as well as provide them systems and processes to work within to ensure consistency of service delivery across our payors
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships: by working closely with Operations, Clinical, Care Navigation, Marketing, and Technology to ensure an aligned approach
• Direct ownership and management of select payor relationships
• Lead contract management including negotiating rates, terms, etc. for new and existing payors; Negotiate contracts, drafts, and coordinate payor contracts, both directly and under supervision; Responsible for pending contract management through good document controls
• Issue resolution

Job Requirements

Competencies & Experience Required

• Growing Revenue: proven track record of consistent year-over-year revenue growth with both existing and new payors
• Ability to Influence Client Points of View / Decisions: with a thoughtful, data-driven perspective
• Startup / High Growth business: 5+ years working in a high-growth environment
• Leadership: 5+ years leading and building excellent teams in account management/customer success with expansion objectives
• Enterprise Client Management: 10+ years’ experience working with and managing payors

• Bachelors’ Degree in Sales, Business, or related required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of relevant account management experience
• Experience working in a practice or clinical services solution (Behavioral health a plus)
• Superb people management & leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and training
• Quick thinker and decision maker
• Professional demeanor
