The Sales Director position for the At Home solution is responsible for driving new sales in the Health Plan market. The Sales Director is responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying and evaluating appropriateness of opportunities, and converting those opportunities into closed contracts. This individual will be expected to represent Array’s At home solution and must have a robust understanding of the healthcare networks, as well as behavioral health, and health plans specifically. Experience selling wellness solutions to employers a plus.
Create, manage and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasts to achieve revenue goals
Identify, qualify and close new accounts
Meet or exceed revenue objectives within designated territory
Prepare and coordinate product proposals and related sales documents
Lead negotiations with potential customers through the sales cycle to a completed deal closure
Provide guidance to the Array At home internal team based on market feedback
Interact cross-functionally within the internal marketing, BDA team to create content and identify and develop potential revenue opportunities
Work closely with Medical Affairs team to ensure appropriate documentation for the credentialing process is managed.
Once the sales opportunity is successfully closed, create a hand off plan to the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition
Develop strong business relationships with direct and indirect influencers of behavioral health referrals.
Day to day recording of relevant activity in Array’s CRM to allow for accurate reporting
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to or working with (including non-sales experience) health plans
Ability to plan, manage and deliver on a sales strategy within your assigned territory
Ability to effectively work from home with a remote team
Successful track record navigating and managing complex and long sales cycles
Advanced knowledge of SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be comfortable delivering presentations by way of video conferencing
Must be a team player who is coachable and excited to learn
Approximately 30% to 50% overnight travel required (post-COVID)
