In her practice, Judith takes an empathic approach when working with clients and views the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration in which the client and she work to achieve their goals. 

Judith’s interest in mental health care began with her interest in human behavior and psychology in college. She had a mentor, a therapist, who supported and encouraged her choice of behavioral health. 

Judith enjoys and writes poetry. She is a nature lover, lived many years in Arizona and hiked the Grand Canyon.
