Sofia has always had an interest in behavioral health care due to her family having many issues with mood disorders and substance use. Sofia is originally from Australia! Her parents were geneticists who travelled the world with their family. She has been doing yoga since she was 18 and is currently getting certified as a coach so she can offer free classes to Senior Living Facilities.

She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are mood disorders, addiction, relational issues and trauma. In her practice, Judith takes an empathic approach when working with clients and views the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration in which the client and she work to achieve their goals.
Judith’s interest in mental health care began with her interest in human behavior and psychology in college. She had a mentor, a therapist, who supported and encouraged her choice of behavioral health.
