Sofia wants to feel that her clients have the skills to have a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
Sofia is originally from Australia! Her parents were geneticists who travelled the world with their family. She has been doing yoga since she was 18 and is currently getting certified as a coach so she can offer free classes to Senior Living Facilities.
