Michael di Salvo is a licensed clinical social worker providing behavioral health services to young adults and adults in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He has a vast array of clinical interests; however, his expertise includes anxiety, depression, mood disorders, LGBTQ+, and men’s issues.

Michael became interested in the behavioral health field due to his long history of volunteering and advocating for human rights. His philosophy of care is to meet with his patient where they are at this moment in their lives. Providing a nonjudgmental environment is his primary goal when meeting with everyone.

Michael continues to volunteer his time and support various causes. In his life, he has learned that there are no shortcuts around hard work and determination. Michael values his family and the love and support that he has been granted.

“One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful.”

Nicole Thompson is a licensed clinical social worker currently offering services to children and adult residents of Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is particularly interested in child and adolescent therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, communication, mood disorders, trauma and abuse. Nicole follows a few approaches that truly guide her therapeutic encounters with individuals: the importance of meeting an individual where they are and building good rapport to make individuals comfortable. While she follows these approaches, Nicole ultimately believes that not every therapist is right for everyone so she urges others to keep that in mind during their sessions.

As a child, Nicole always had a passion for helping others. She receives joy knowing that her work allows someone else to gain a better quality of life. She has applied this passion into mental health administration and direct service through the counseling of youth in residential and outpatient centers. Outside of her professional career, Nicole enjoys traveling and learning about the rich history of different places. She has also completed a marathon and a triathlon and lived in four different states (FL, NC, IL, PA).
