Michelle Pandolfo, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adult residents in North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are depression, anxiety, marriage and relationships issues, addiction and stress management. In her practice, Michelle believes in treating each person as a unique individual. It is important to find coping strategies for the things in life that cannot be changed, and identify new directions in situations where one has the opportunity to change.

Michelle has been involved in mental and behavioral health for over 30 years. She has remained engaged in this field because she finds each person she encounters to be unique with special challenges. Working with individuals to find solutions for mental and behavioral health is a rewarding experience.

Michelle loves animals and enjoys spending her free time at animal shelters. She also loves to travel and spends several weeks each year traveling throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Sonia Demetrios, MD is a psychiatrist offering services to children, adolescents and adults in Florida, New Jersey and Ohio. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are depression, anxiety and mood disorders. In her practice, Dr. Demetrios understands and empathizes with her patients’ needs. In addition, she works to understand the dynamics involved and does her due diligence to provide the best possible care.

Dr. Demetrios’ interest in mental health care started during her residency. She saw firsthand the overwhelming importance of and need for mental health care.

Dr. Demetrios has worked in a variety of settings including medical abroad missions, inpatient child and adult psychiatry, correctional psychiatry, community health centers, outpatient facilities and private practice. She really enjoys traveling and doing medical missions. In her free time, she plays the clarinet, runs and rows.
