Jenna Nielsen is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adults in Florida. She has a variety of clinical interests; however, she specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, anxiety disorders, life transitions and stress management. In her practice, she takes a goal-oriented approach to care that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
Jenna’s interest in mental and behavioral healthcare developed naturally; she has a strong desire to help people navigate life’s challenges and gain control of their emotions and behaviors.
Jenna played tennis in college, enjoys volunteering every year at a children’s grief camp and is a connoisseur of donuts.
