Jeanette received her Master of Social Work in 2014 from the University of Southern California.
Jeanette’s philosophy of care is to take a person-centered team approach. She likes to empower the individual to work with her to make changes in their lives that works for their lifestyle.
Jeanette has a degree in theatre and has studied and performed professionally. She also started a nonprofit to bring awareness to Autism and bullying.

Katie Lyon is a licensed professional counselor offering behavioral health services to young adults and adults throughout Texas. She treats a full list of specialties; however, her specialties include depression, LGBT, life transitions, trauma, and mood disorders.
Katie’s first career was in music therapy. Situations continued to pop up where Katie thought a degree in counseling would be beneficial. She now uses her music therapy lens and counseling lens to help her clients.
Katie is a firm believer that not every method of care works for every client. She is flexible in her counseling approach and uses that flexibility to find out what works best for each person.
Katie is a dog lover and enjoys running 5K’s with her friends. She has also earned two Master Degrees.

Adriana Velasquez is a licensed marriage and family therapist offering counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout California. She has a variety of clinical interests; however, she specializes in anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger management, and relationship issues. As a psychotherapist, Adriana treats each client as a unique individual, worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of his or her personal circumstances or struggles. As a therapist with years of experience, Adriana prefers to walk alongside, challenge, and encourage her clients to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
It was during Adriana’s years in college when she first became interested in the behavioral health profession. She dedicated her time and effort to learning about human behavior and now, her passion is to guide others towards personal change and recovery by empowering them to achieve a healthy mind. Adriana feels great satisfaction in helping others understand their thinking process, motivation, and overall behaviors. Her overall goal in therapy is to help guide her clients to achieve the best version of themselves by living an authentic life.
Adriana is a mom to three boys and loves spending time with her family! She grew up in a family who loves to sing and as a result, singing is her favorite hobby. When Adriana enrolled into graduate school, she was working full time and had a 3-month-old baby at the time. Although times were hard, she was able to graduate with honors. Adriana believes that the key to success is to never give up on your dreams and believe in yourself.

Sofia Crowe is an ACT Level II licensed clinical social worker offering behavioral health services to children and adults in Arizona, Virginia, and West Virginia. She offers a vast array of clinical services; however, her expertise lies in mood disorders, ADHD, parenting issues, family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and substance use issues of all types.
Sofia has always had an interest in behavioral health care due to her family having many issues with mood disorders and substance use. During her teen years, she learned how valuable treatment can be when her family sought help. As a social worker for 20 years, she has been trained in many modalities, but her primary focus is to figure out how her training and skills suit her clients. Sofia wants to feel that her clients have the skills to have a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
Sofia is originally from Australia! Her parents were geneticists who travelled the world with their family. She has been doing yoga since she was 18 and is currently getting certified as a coach so she can offer free classes to Senior Living Facilities.
