Dr. Leroy Arenivar is a board-certified psychiatrist offering services to children, adolescents and adults in California, Texas, and Washington. Dr. Arenivar has an array of clinical interests; however, his expertise includes child psychiatry, anxiety disorders and ADHD.
Dr. Arenivar became interested in mental and behavioral health care in medical school where he realized that his desire to hear people’s stories was best suited for psychiatry. He continues to be interested in the evolution of psychiatric care from the innovative delivery through telehealth to being able to offer new treatment modalities like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
Dr. Arenivar has worked as an attending psychiatrist for the past eight years, primarily treating children and adults in the outpatient setting. His approach to care is to focus on building rapport with patients so that patients trust his recommendations and at the same time feel comfortable talking about their apprehension regarding psychiatric medications. He is focused on making sure patients understand how medicine can help improve their condition in combination with other approaches like psychotherapy and self-care.

Maria Cancelada is a licensed clinical social worker providing services to adults in the state of California. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her expertise lies in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and mood disorder. Maria entered the field of behavioral health because of her passion to help people.
Maria’s approach to care is to treat each person as a unique individual. Her philosophy is to provide unconditional acceptance and support regardless of their personal struggles or circumstances.

Dr. Glen Davis is a psychiatrist providing services to adults in California and New York. He has a variety of clinical interests, specializing in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and LGBT issues. As an undergraduate, Dr. Davis studied literature because he was interested in character development and loved learning about people’s stories. After medical school he decided to pursue psychiatry because of his interest in the social and psychological determinants of health.
Dr. Davis’ approach to care is person-centered and collaborative. He draws from diverse professional experience working in a spectrum of community-based settings. His approach is holistic, helping people maximize their potential in life through health and wellness.
Fun fact: Prior to medical school, Dr. Davis served for three years as a community health education volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Burkina Faso (West Africa).
When not providing care to AtHome patients, Dr. Davis serves as a medical director for a social services agency that provides psychiatric and medical care to homeless individuals in New York City. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for a non-governmental organization that funds health, education and entrepreneurial projects in the developing world.

AJ Horowitz is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adults in California, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Utah. He has a vast array of clinical interests and offers services in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, substance use, LGBT issues, and codependency.
AJ’s personal recovery from alcohol use disorder over 30 years ago made his desire to help people not only a want, but an imperative. AJ believes that treatment is a joint effort between him and his patient. He will work with his patient to explore issues that are troubling and together, will look for healing as a team.
AJ has lived all over the country and worked with the military for nearly a decade.

Janet’s interest in mental and behavioral health care began in middle school when her mother introduced her to a series of articles in the Christian Science Monitor regarding the treatment of minors in the California juvenile system.
