Angela is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to children, adolescents and adults in Michigan. She offers a wide variety of clinical issues that she treats and her expertise lies in geriatric therapy, child/adolescent therapy, depression, anxiety and stress management.
Her interest in working in behavioral health care began as a young child living in a multicultural community. She could see the many barriers and was drawn to empowering and increasing mental health care needed to overcome those barriers.

Angela enjoys traveling to Arizona and Hawaii. She also enjoys classical music, specifically violin and piano.

Varnell Person-Turner is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adults in Michigan. She has a variety of clinical interests; however, she specializes in anxiety disorders, attachment disorders, grief counseling, stress management and parenting. Varnell believes there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” spectrum of care in behavioral health. In her practice, she focuses on what she believes to be three of the many important tools of healthy behavior: empowerment, education and insight.
Varnell’s interest in mental and behavioral healthcare came from her mother. Her mother was her mentor and motivator, and modeled compassion, care and service to others. Varnell believes that she’s never been able to fill her shoes, but she thought that a career in mental and behavioral health was a good place to start.
Varnell’s biggest accolades have come from the smallest people. She believes that learning never ends and she loves to travel.
