At Array Behavioral Care, we believe that behavioral health care must be precise, proactive, and personalized. Our guiding philosophy—Right Care, Right Time, Right Dose™—is more than a tagline. It’s a clinical and operational framework that drives everything we do.

Right Care

We deliver care that is integrated, coordinated, and tailored to each patient’s needs. Whether in hospitals, outpatient clinics, or at home, our clinicians meet patients where they are—physically and emotionally. We treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and we do so through an Epic-based, unified clinical platform that bridges fragmented systems and supports longitudinal care.

Right Time

Behavioral health conditions are dynamic and often urgent. Our model ensures timely access to care, reducing delays that can worsen symptoms or lead to costly interventions. Through care pathways, smart triage and Epic-based workflows, we respond quickly and appropriately by matching patients to the right provider and care setting when it matters most.

Right Dose

“Dose” refers to the intensity and cadence of care. It’s not about doing less, but it’s about doing what’s clinically appropriate. At the most basic level, more acutely ill people require more care, more expertise and more touchpoints; less acutely ill people need less care. It’s an ideal way to utilize a scarce resource, that of behavioral health providers. Our care pathways and risk stratification analytics use multiple evidence-based indicators to guide treatment plans, drive workflow and adjust the cadence of care over time, optimizing cost and utilization of provider resources.

Why It Matters

This philosophy supports the Quadruple Aim: improving outcomes, enhancing patient and provider experience, reducing costs, and promoting clinician well-being. It’s a scalable model that works across the continuum, from acute psychiatry to outpatient therapy, across all 50 states.

“We will seamlessly integrate behavioral healthcare across the continuum, ensuring that the right care at the right time and the right dose is not the exception, but the standard.”
