With 23 years of experience in growing and scaling healthcare companies, she focuses on expanding Array’s national service delivery capabilities. She collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer and the CIO to integrate services and scale technology for clinicians and patients.
Christy began her career as a clinical neurophysiologist before transitioning to healthcare operations. Prior to joining Array, she served as President of Neuro Services at SpecialtyCare, overseeing care for over 130,000 patients annually across 46 states.
Christy excels in driving patient-centric care, enhancing operational efficiency, and boosting employee and customer engagement. Her strategic decision-making and leadership skills have been recognized with the Gary Brukardt Leadership Award, highlighting her commitment to excellence.
