Leroy Arenivar, MD, Medical Director, is a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in child psychiatry, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. His interest in psychiatry began in medical school, driven by his desire to hear people’s stories. At Array, he collaborates to expand care access through telehealth, including to marginalized communities, focusing on empowering clinicians, fostering collaboration and integration of behavioral health services, and improving clinician capacity through trauma-informed and culturally competent care training. Dr. Arenivar prioritizes building rapport with patients to ensure they understand how psychiatry can improve their wellbeing alongside other treatments, such as psychotherapy and self-care.
