Marissa Stridiron, MD, Assistant Medical Director of Acute Care, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center, serving as chief resident. Dr. Stridiron has extensive experience in outpatient community healthcare and private practice. She has presented residency training on empathy in clinical practice and conducted research at Johns Hopkins University on dietary counseling for obese children. Dedicated to mental health education, she co-authored a children’s book promoting emotional resilience titled My Imperfect Mommy. She also provides outreach and mental health screenings in the U.S. Virgin Islands. At Array, Dr. Stridiron trains and leads clinicians in integrating behavioral health into hospital systems nationwide, expanding access to psychiatric care.
