Marlene McDermott, LMFT, PhD, Vice President of Therapy and Quality, has a Master of Science in Psychology from California State University, a Doctorate in Developmental and Child Psychology from Capella University, and over 25 years of clinical behavioral health experience. Before joining the Array team, Dr. McDermott was the co-owner and therapist with Serenity Counseling LLC. Currently, Dr. McDermott is on the board of trustees of a NJ-based quality improvement organization. At Array, Dr. McDermott ensures treatment for patients is the highest quality possible by overseeing Array’s team of licensed therapists and the Quality Department. Dr. McDermott is a patient-centered clinician and uses measurement-based tools to assist in driving clinical decisions.
