With appointments available seven days a week, Array makes it easy for Cigna members to connect with licensed therapists or psychiatrists through convenient, online video sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Members are required to have a valid credit card on file with our practice and will be prompted to provide this information as part of the pre-visit confirmation process. A credit card will only be charged for fees associated with missed appointments and late cancellations and payments for non-covered services provided by Array AtHome.
We require notification at least two days in advance if the member's schedule changes and they can no longer keep their appointment.
To cancel an appointment, contact our Care Navigation team at care@arraybc.com or 800.442.8938. Fees up to $100 may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations without adequate advance notice.
