With appointments available seven days a week, Array makes it easy for MHN members to connect with licensed therapists or psychiatrists through convenient, online video sessions.

If the member is under 18, parental consent is required. To schedule an appointment on behalf of a dependent, call us at 800.442.8938. In cases of shared custody, both parents’ consent is necessary. For further assistance, contact our Care Navigation team at care@arraybc.com or dial 800.442.8938.

Cancellation Policy

Members are required to have a valid credit card on file with our practice and will be prompted to provide this information as part of the pre-visit confirmation process. A credit card will only be charged for fees associated with missed appointments and late cancellations and payments for non-covered services provided by Array AtHome.
We require notification at least two days in advance if the member's schedule changes and they can no longer keep their appointment.
To cancel an appointment, contact our Care Navigation team at care@arraybc.com or 800.442.8938. Fees up to $100 may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations without adequate advance notice.
