So that your members have enhanced access to care, we offer appointments from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. every day of the week.
In addition to support from our care navigation team, your clinical care managers can directly help your members find the right clinician by conducting searches by state, clinician type, service, specialty and clinician background. Additionally, they have direct access to appointment availability and they can schedule appointments on behalf of your membership.
Our clinicians will be in direct contact with your members’ primary care providers. This includes sending post-session notes that detail diagnoses and prescriptions.
