Patti Rodgers, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner offering mental health services to adults. Patti has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations include anxiety and panic disorders, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, post-partum depression, menopausal issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, adult and geriatric psychiatry and women’s health. Patti believes mental wellness guides every aspect of our lives and is often taken for granted. Through the power of the therapeutic relationship, she believes everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their world, no matter how great or small.

She became interested in mental health care during a nursing school rotation in psychiatry and mental health. She felt a need to advocate for those suffering with mental illness and desired to make an impact in their lives through furthering the cause to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patti enjoys playing the piano and the tambourine. One of her hobbies is boating and she has traveled through many canals and small lakes in Germany. She also loves to dance and aspires to learn salsa dancing.

Brittany Decoteau is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual behavioral health services to adults. She is also a Trained EMDR therapist (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

Brittany received her Master of Social Work in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brittany’s philosophy of care is to listen to the client to hear their concerns and work with them to achieve the same goals – including helping them realize things they may not be ready to address.

Bolanle’s experience in nursing school and her career, as well as personal experiences, spark her passion in mental health care. She always reminds her clients that they are worthy and capable of living fulfilling lives. Bolanle cherishes the opportunity to advocate for a vulnerable population that may otherwise not have “a voice.”

Through individualized and holistic care, Bolanle believes in caring for others as she would herself, without prejudice, and with compassion, patience, and kindness.

Sara Bodner, MD

Sara Bodner, MD

Dr. Sara Bodner is a board-certified psychiatrist offering services to adults. She has a variety of clinical interests; however, she specializes in bipolar, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and schizophrenia. Sara’s philosophy of care is centered around her personal view of mental health being like a seesaw. She believes that a psychiatrist must improve things enough so that the balance shifts the patient’s mood, psyche and cognition from going down to going up. When that shift occurs, the patient can better help themselves through therapy, exercise and behavioral interventions.
Sara had a relative who had a mental health problem which left an impression on her and lead her to a career in mental and behavioral health care.
Sara used to work in cancer research and did some of the early research on tumor suppressor genes. In addition to being a psychiatrist, she has three board certifications in pathology. Sara trained in psychiatry at Yale, where her father is an alumnus.

Rebecca Poage is a licensed clinical social worker offering behavioral health services to adults. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are working with trauma survivors, veterans, learning issues, mood disorders, medical issues and autism immune issues. In her practice, Rebecca’s philosophy of care is to look for strengths, resources and spiritual and community support that individuals may have. She assesses areas of need and seeks to help empower individuals to access resources to promote growth and aid in reducing their challenges. Rebecca works to help individuals see their challenges from a perspective that allows for breakthroughs. She will typically use metaphors adapted to everyone to describe situations to help facilitate problem resolution.

Rebecca’s interest in mental and behavioral health care comes from having benefited from her own therapy. Her interest then developed when those close to her sought her support. She feels well suited for the field.

Rebecca once rented a stick-shift car to explore Normandy, France for a week on her own. She has fond memories of going on road trips as a child with her family around the US, some of Canada and Mexico. She has an interest in art, music, dance, drama and cinema. Humor is a key value of hers.

Nnaemeka “Emeka” Anosike is a licensed nurse practitioner offering services to adults. He has a variety of clinical interests, however, he specializes in bipolar disorder, mood disorders and ADHD. Emeka became a nurse practitioner because he believes in helping individuals manage and deal with mental and behavioral conditions.
When Emeka is not providing service to his patients, he enjoys traveling and he absolutely loves being on the soccer field!

Nikita Dixon, MD is a board-certified adult and child and adolescent psychiatrist offering behavioral health services. She treats a full list of issues; however, her specialties include child and adolescent psychiatry, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, PTSD, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
 
Dr. Dixon received her Doctor of Medicine from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in adult psychiatry at Harvard Longwood, and did her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of California at San Diego.
 
Dr. Dixon’s philosophy of care is to provide individualized, comprehensive treatment, while collaborating with her patients on their goals.
 
When Dr. Dixon is not practicing medicine, she enjoys interior design, traveling, cooking, hiking, playing classical music, and volunteering!
